Dr. Beltran completed his medical studies at the University of Cordoba, Argentina in 1993.
He completed his residency in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Italian Hospital in Rosario, Argentina, completed in 1998.
For the last 12 years Dr. Beltran has been part of the Otorhinolaryngology Clinic as Senior Plastic Surgeon.
